What is your profession?
What is the photo to be used for?
Would you like a head shot, half body or full body shot?
When and where would you like to do the portrait?
Would you like me to arrange a hair and/or make-up artist for you?
How long do you have to take the portrait?  (Are you on a tight schedule?)
What style do you prefer?  (Eg: relaxed and casual, sophisticated & professional, plain indoor background, or natural outdoor background etc...)

FAMILY PORTRAITS

How many people will be in the photos?
When and where would you like to do the photo shoot?
Would you like me to arrange a hair and/or make-up artist for anyone in the group? 

Are there any details about your family  that you think I would benefit from knowing about?  

How long do you all  have to do the photo shoot?  (Is anyone on a tight schedule?)
What style do you prefer?  (eg: relaxed and casual, sophisticated & formal, plain indoor background, or natural outdoor background etc...)

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

I will most probably arrange to have a chat over the phone or a skype meeting, to get to know you both and your wedding plans.  We can then communicate via email to keep a good track record of all details.

3. I EXPLAIN which package might best suit your expectations and needs.

4. YOU MAKE A DECISION on these things and I am happy to give advice if you are unsure.

5. WE SET A DATE and time that suits you.  

6. IF DOING HAIR AND MAKE-UP, please allow 1 hour for this to be done on location (at your office for home for example).

7. THE PORTRAIT SESSION for standard Corporate Head Shots will take about 45 minutes (maximum) from the time you finish hair and make up to the time we take the last shot. Some Family Portrait packages will take up to 2 hours depending on the number of people and the choice of location.

8. APPROXIMATELY 1 WEEK LATER I will email you the final edited images in both high and low resolution (web-ready & printing quality).

9. MY INVOICE will be included with the photos and I require full payment within 7 days of you having received the photographs and invoice.  

10. I WILL ALSO SEND YOU A FEEDBACK FORM where I’d appreciate your honest opinion of your experience collaborating with me!
